HPL Board
HPL(High Pressure Laminate) board is a specially pressed plastic which, due to its high density and hardness, has a very high resistance to damage. In addition, HPL worktop is waterproof, so it can be successfully used as kitchen worktops, bathroom worktops, worktop or garden table. An HPL kitchen worktop can look like sinter, marble, wood, concrete, rust, a smooth matte surface and many other decors, which are often much more expensive or cannot be used as a kitchen worktop due to their properties. Special coatings, e.g. antibacterial, are additionally applied to HPL, making them ideal for use in hospitals, hotels, catering or for the wider HoReCa industry. Kitchen and bathroom worktops made of HPL are characterised by their unique appearance, matching both traditional décor (decors with stone or wood-like laminate) and modern décor (decors with smooth or quartz sinter-like laminate).About HPL
HPL generally comes in a thickness of around 12mm, making it easy to transport and handle, which installers will appreciate when carrying up the stairs in a block of flats. This thickness is also desirable for modern décor, where a worktop for the kitchen or bathroom should look light and blend in neatly with the overall décor. HPL comes in many decors, structures and with a core in different colours (white, black, grey).
