Wood Veneered worktops

The wood veneered worktops are made using layered technology. This means that a 2-3mm thick layer of natural wood facing is glued to the chipboard and the underside is made of waterproof counter paper. Thanks to this construction, upholstered worktops are a very stable material and have a very low tendency to wobble. An additional advantage of upholstered worktops is the very attractive price, which can be several times lower compared to solid wood worktops, so it is the cheapest wood worktop on the market. The lumber used to make upholstered worktops is selected and is mainly found in quality class A: A – sound knots, grown up to 5mm in diameter; black knots, grown up to 3mm in diameter; even colouring;

As with solid worktops, wood veneered worktops can be made from many European and exotic species. They are used in products such as kitchen worktops, table tops, treads / steps, shelves, windowsills, furniture and more.

The countertops are finished with veneer on all visible surfaces, with veneer on the longer edges and veneer on the shorter edges. Thanks to this finish, the chipboard is not visible in any cross-section.

Thanks to a special production process, this is the only product in which we can make countertops with solid lamellae (solid along the length) over the entire 6m-long countertop.
